- Counselor and School Profile Letter Template (Word, PDF): a fill-in letter explaining the homeschool, its grading scale, weighting, and graduation requirements, with a field for prior schools and transfer credits.

Word, PDF, and Excel. Edit it, print it, track it.
Protected formulas, one click to unprotect. In Excel and LibreOffice, formula cells are locked and sheets are protected, with no password. Input cells stay open. If you ever need to change a formula, unprotecting a sheet takes one click.
Your weights, your scale. Set your own add-ons on Setup: Honors +0.5 and AP or dual-enrollment +1.0 are the defaults, both editable, or set both to zero for unweighted only. Schools weight grades differently, so the calculator does not lock you into one scale. Colleges recalculate GPA their own way.
A note on Google Sheets and formula cells. Google Sheets import drops Excel sheet protection. If you import the workbook into Google Sheets, do not overwrite formula cells; type only in the input cells. The .xlsx files are the primary delivery. A Google Sheets version is not included with this kit.

Will anything arrive in the post?
No. This is a digital download through Gumroad. Nothing ships.
Do I need Excel?
The calculator is an .xlsx file and works in Excel and LibreOffice. Google Sheets import is possible, but it drops Excel sheet protection, so type only in the input cells there. A Google Sheets version is not included.
Can I set my own grading scale and weighting?
Yes. Set your own scale and add-ons on Setup, or set both add-ons to zero for unweighted only. Colleges recalculate GPA their own way.
Does it cover my state's rules?
No. Homeschool requirements vary by state. Check your state's rules and each college's requirements before you send anything.
